Our pallet covers can be constructed from most any poly-based film or laminate, including straight bubble wrap sealed into a five-sided cover that provides thermal protection during transit, U/V construction covers, and air cargo covers. No cargo unit is too big for us to tackle!

We utilize an assortment of insulated and reflective laminates to aid in designing the optimum packaging alternative for temperature-sensitive shipments. Our flexible liners have proven themselves effective as cold chain maintenance for frozen or refrigerated shipments. Compared to EPS, our liners and covers can reduce dedicated warehousing of packaging products as well as decrease freight expenses. We have extensive experience in designing custom insulated packaging products as well as determining suitable cooling agent combinations to achieve peak performance of the total package.

Thermal Packaging	Styrofoam

Photos above show thermographic images of a lined corrugated box that is thermal packaged and a styrofoam cooler. Tests were performed at a leading mid-western university. Images were taken with six freezer bricks in each container after 5 minutes. These images show the outside temperature of each container. The Blue indicates the cold energy escaping.
